Joshua has always had a passion for sport and exercise. Throughout his childhood

and cricket. He continues to play and remains heavily involved in the local rugby
Josh’s drive on the football field sparked a desire to cultivate his knowledge
around strength and conditioning. He broadened his education, completing his
Cert. III and IV in fitness. This led to him training and working as a Personal
Trainer, focusing on strength and conditioning. He worked at clinics and gyms
such as CrossFit Narellan, where he has worked for the last six years. Working
here furthered his interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and injury
prevention for a wide range of individuals across numerous sports and activities.
Joshua studied a Bachelor Sport and Exercise Science at Western Sydney University, prior to completing his Masters in Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University in 2020. Since then, Josh has also had a lot of experience in working with lifestyle related injuries and
illnesses. As an Exercise Physiologist he strives to improve the quality of life for
his patients through not only exercise and movement, but also through
education on their conditions, the reasons behind his prescribed interventions
and the benefits on their overall health and wellbeing.
